Shipping policy

Andy & Me Company offers two shipping rates through USPS and expedited shipping. All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Note: Custom orders or handmade items may take longer to produce, you will receive an email if there is a delay in your shipment. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at andyandmecompany@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Reminder: Please be mindful of shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances that 2021 continues to bring. Also, please note that custom orders or handmade items may take longer to ship, you will receive an email if there is a delay in shipping for your handmade item.
